Sven Sinner was active in the telecommunications branch as a managing director. In addition, he has extensive professional and management experience in the media and service sector. His main focuses at VIYEMA are customer management, marketing and sales themes as well as success factors and processes in telecommunications and media companies.

Matthias Mauser
Management Consultant & Managing Partner

Since 1988 Matthias Mauser is entrepreneur and management consultant. Up to 2003 he expanded his SAP-consulting company to one of the big European specialists for process industry. Since his exit he works as an interim manager in small business of diverse branches for business startup and IT-innovation. His focus points are strategy, business development and expansion, implementation and support of M&A- and IPO-processes.

Bernd Herrmann
Management Consultant and Partner

More than 20 years professional experience in the IT&broadcast management, at business process analysis, steering of major- and sourcing projects and IT-risk analysis. As CIO of the largest television broadcasting company in Germany he took over complete line responsibility from data processing center to development of New-Media applications. His main areas at VIYEMA are interim management for broadcast- and IT-business-projects, control of out- and insourcing plus downsizing projects as well as development of service structures according to ITIL.

Frank Nowroth
Management Consultant and Partner

Frank Nowroth is a trained management coach. His roots lie in finance and controlling with a major focus in the technology sector. In addition to many years of professional experience in major companies, he has worked extensively in small and mid-sized enterprises, holding positions ranging from commercial manager to CFO. His primary focus is on performance management, finance and controlling as well as business planning.

Franz Josef Buschmeier
Management Consultant and Partner

Franz Josef Buschmeier has more than 20 years experience in different management positions in the IT branch. The graduate in business management worked in sales and marketing in large companies and has extensive international experiences in the USA, Australia and India. He was managing director of an US company in Germany and executive committee of an internet company in Berlin. His focal points are strategy-, personal- and organization development as well as M&A issues.

Malte Sussdorf
Senior Consultant

Malte Sussdorff has been at home in IT and process optimization in many branches for 13 years. As an experienced project manager, he is intimately familiar with all facets of IT projects. He has experience as the managing director of an IT system company. His professional focus at VIYEMA is service management.

Constantin Rau
Consultant

Constantin Rau gained his first entrepreneurial experience as a CFO while still studying business. In addition to consulting and interim management functions in finance and controlling, he is also at home in marketing. His special topic is intellectual property management.
